Extraordinary wear (by sight)
Maintenance Interval: Every 2500 operating hours
Lower Tolerance: -0,4 mm ( -> postnitriding)
-0,6 mm ( -> poss. second postnitriding)
Instruction: Measuring:
Check the external diameter at the above determined measuring points.
Register the progression of wear.
Register zones of extraordinary wear.
Note: Wear is superproportional when lower tolerance is surpassed.
To avoid superproportional wear replace screw and cylinder at the same time.
